Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we process when you contact us through spinamy.com, why we process it and what rights you have.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

01

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Kamil Marcinkowski, who operates spinamy.com under the SPINAMY. brand.

For privacy-related matters, contact kontakt@spinamy.com.

02

Data we process

The contact form asks for your name, e-mail address and message. Company name and telephone number are optional.

The server may also process basic technical data such as your IP address, request time and browser information for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

Form contents are not stored in a separate website database — they are delivered to the kontakt@spinamy.com mailbox.

03

Purposes and legal bases

We process form data and correspondence to answer your message, address the matter you raise and, where the enquiry concerns potential cooperation, take steps before entering into a contract.

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract,
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interests in communicating, handling enquiries, protecting the website and establishing or defending legal claims where necessary.
04

Recipients

Data may be accessed by providers whose services are necessary to operate the website and e-mail, in particular our hosting and mailbox providers, only to the extent needed to provide those services.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.

05

Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond and close the matter. We may then retain it where necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims or meet legal obligations.

Technical data and logs are retained for the period required by security mechanisms and the hosting provider’s retention rules.

06

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise these rights, contact kontakt@spinamy.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Information about complaints is available from the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

07

Providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and message we cannot handle an enquiry submitted through the form. Fields marked as optional are not required.

08

Cookies and analytics

The current version of the website does not use analytics or advertising tools, profiling or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may generate standard technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

09

Automated decisions and international transfers

We do not make automated decisions about visitors or profile them. We do not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If the way our service providers operate changes, any transfer will take place only under a mechanism permitted by the GDPR.

10

Policy changes

We may update this policy if the website, our services or applicable requirements change. The current version is always published at this address.
